Buyer resources

A clearer brief.
A more useful quotation.

Pultrusion procurement resources for the decisions between a product drawing and a commissioned line. Download the worksheets, add your project requirements and return the open questions with your RFQ.

Three editable procurement worksheets

CSV files open in spreadsheet applications. These are blank planning templates, not completed inspection reports, certificates or promises of equipment performance. Project values remain TBD until the buyer and manufacturer agree them in writing.

Before requesting a quotation

RFQ requirements checklist

Define the profile family, material package, machine interfaces, scope of supply and commercial questions. Keep supplier answers beside the buyer requirement.

Before scheduling the FAT

Factory acceptance scope

Agree witness points, measurement methods, acceptance references and evidence. Assign open items before deciding whether to release shipment.

Before installation and commissioning

Site-readiness worksheet

Track approved drawings, utilities, handling access, trial materials and local responsibilities. Share the completed register before mobilizing engineers.

Manufacturer reference catalogs

Original publications from Henan Zhongsheng, uploaded in 2023. Use these to discuss equipment families and die shapes. Current model specifications, availability and scope are confirmed in your quotation.

Keep one controlled project record

Add the project name, revision and responsible contact when you save a worksheet. Replace TBD entries with approved document references, retain supplier responses and assign every unresolved item an owner. A completed checklist supports the purchase contract; it does not replace approved drawings, operating instructions or local professional review.

Send your procurement brief

Send a cross-section drawing. Get a scoped quotation.

Every quotation names the manufacturer, the exporter of record and the warranty party, and lists what is included.
