Turnkey · creel to cut-off
A complete pultrusion line, from layout drawing to the first good profile.
A turnkey pultrusion line covers every station between the roving creel and the cut-off saw, plus the dies, acceptance testing, installation and training that make it produce. Henan Zhongsheng designs and builds the line; the Shanghai export office contracts, ships and coordinates after-sales.

FAQ
Turnkey line questions
- What does turnkey include?
- Line design, machines, dies for the agreed profiles, creel and resin system, FAT, installation supervision, commissioning on your profile and training. The exact list is on the quotation, with anything excluded stated explicitly.
- Do you supply raw materials or formulations?
- The factory can recommend resin and fiber specifications and share its starting process parameters for comparable profiles. Raw-material supply is arranged separately.
- Can you help us qualify our product to a standard?
- The line can be configured for profiles meant to meet EN 13706 or bars meant to meet ASTM D7957 or CSA S807. Qualification testing is done by an accredited lab and remains the producer's responsibility.
- How long from order to first production?
- It depends on the number of dies, line count and your site readiness. The quotation states lead time in working days for manufacture; installation dates are set once the site is ready.
