GFRP rebar production line
A GFRP rebar production line impregnates glass roving with resin, forms it into round bars, applies a helical rib by winding, cures the bars in heated ovens and pulls them continuously with a caterpillar haul-off before cutting or coiling. The factory builds 2-line and 5-line configurations for bar diameters from φ4 to φ32 mm.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
- Will bars from this line meet ASTM D7957 or CSA S807?
- Compliance belongs to the bar, not the machine. It depends on your resin, roving, process control and an accredited lab's test results. The line can produce bars to those specifications; qualification testing is your responsibility and is quoted as support only.
- 2-line or 5-line?
- A 5-line machine multiplies output for the same operator count but needs more creel space and roving inventory. For a new plant testing the market, a 2-line machine lowers the starting investment.
- Can the line make rock bolts?
- Yes. The factory also builds a dual-line threaded rock bolt configuration. Ask for it on the RFQ.
- What output per hour should I plan for?
- Output depends on bar diameter, rib geometry and resin cure. The factory has not published a figure per diameter; it is stated in the quotation for your bar schedule.
